Step 1: Onboarding form

Complete the new customer onboarding form, sign and submit it online by clicking the button below. The set-up process will take approximately one week upon receipt.

If you believe you have an existing account with Nanosonics, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to ensure that we have all the needed information for your account. Please include the following information in your email:

• Facility name
• Nanosonics account number, if known
• Billing address
• Shipping address(s)

Step 2: Establishing your account in our system

Nanosonics will complete a credit check and load your information into our ERP system.

Step 3: Welcome communication

Once your account is established, a welcome email will be sent to the email of the person who filled out the onboarding form. The email will contain a Nanosonics Welcome Letter and Australia Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricelist (MSRP).

Step 4: Sign into the Nanosonics Customer Center

The Nanosonics Customer Center is your central hub of information and resources. Find product and clinical information and training resources via our online portal.

2. Changes from ordering through GE

Please note that purchase orders will need to include the Nanosonics product codes, which differ from the GE Healthcare codes you have been using. The following is a list of the most common products with the Nanosonics Product code and corresponding GE product code to support you updating your system.
